PIKA 4everyone™ Detection PCR Kit Y

Real time PCR is one of the most powerful, specific and reliable methods for the quantitative detection and identification of microorganisms at an early process stage to prevent spoilage and to maintain overall product quality.

The PIKA 4everyone Detection Kits can be run as individual samples so no reactions are wasted. Processing samples takes only 15 minutes, with results available within 75 minutes. All PCR kit workflows and cycle parameters are standardized making them robust to follow and allowing the analysis of different analytes at the same time.

The 4everyone Detection Kit reagents, primers and probes come in a ready-made dried format in the PCR tubes for unrivalled ease of use and temperature stability. All PCR tests use the FAM channel for the detection of the target microorganisms and the VIC/HEX channel for an internal positive control. This allows the 4everyone Detection Kits to prevent false negatives due to ample inhibition, allowing you to be truly confident about negative results. Each kit contains 48 reactions but tests can be run individually.

In order to achieve the lowest detection limits, we recommend sample enrichment in our PCR certified FastOrange® enrichment media.
