Hygiena InSite® Pathogen Detection Swabs are easy-to-use and self-contained environmental tests. Each device contains a chromogenic liquid media formulated with antibiotics, growth enhancers, and color-changing compounds. Plus, all InSite^® test devices contain neutralizers in the wetting solution to help combat potential sanitizer side effects and improve sample collection.

The Hygiena’s InSite™ L. mono Glo changes color in the presence of Listeria species, while illumination with UV light reveals the presence of L.mono. The InSite^®Listeria changes to black/brown to indicate the presence of Listeria species. The InSite^®Salmonella changes color to bright yellow to indicate the presence of Salmonella species.
