The HI981032 Cheese pH Tester is designed to measure and monitor the pH of cheese during the main processing steps of cheese manufacturing in almost all types of cheeses and curds.
Open Junction - The open junction design reduces clogging from suspended solids and proteins found in cheese products for a more stable pH measurement and reduced maintenance.
Conical Glass Tip - The conical shaped tip design allows for penetration into solids, semi solids, and emulsions for the direct measurement of pH in a variety of milk based products used during the cheese making process. Low Temperature (LT) glass is used for quicker results at lower temperatures.
